In 1990, the Ad Department, Inc. was founded and operated until 2020. The main function of the business was marketing print advertising, working exclusively with weekly and monthly publications.

In 2020, Addept Media, llc was launched. The media world changed much over 30 years: Newspapers have declined in number and influence, but they still serve a viable community role. We work to bring advertisers to small markets to increase their coverage, as well as helping publishers increase their ad lineage.

In order to grow with the times, we have introduced online marketing campaigns, promoting special events in areas that have lost, (or have never had), their own local publications.

In addition, we are in the process of adding an indie publishing imprint, and developing websites and apps, and other new marketing opportunities.
